Privacy Policy

Effective date: 16 July 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data?

AILIT I.K.E. (“Ailit”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Our registered office is Nikolaoi Plastira 29, Chania, Crete, Greece. G.E.MI. number: 168765958000. VAT number: 802043372.

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email info@ailitgroup.com.

2. Data we collect

When you contact us, request project information or complete the investment quiz, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, message, selected project, quiz answers and calculated quiz profile. We also collect technical information needed to operate and protect the service, including IP address, browser user-agent, page URL, language and submission time.

3. Why we use your data

  • to respond to your enquiry, provide requested project information and take steps you ask us to take before a possible contract;
  • to maintain a record of enquiries and manage client communications;
  • to protect the website and prevent fraud, spam and misuse; and
  • to meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

We rely on your request for pre-contractual steps, our legitimate interests in operating a secure business and service, and legal obligations where applicable. We do not currently use website enquiries for newsletters or marketing campaigns.

4. Who receives your data

Access is limited to authorised Ailit personnel who need the data to handle an enquiry. We use a Hostinger server located in Berlin, Germany to host the website and primary lead records. We also send lead notifications to authorised team members through Telegram; this notification can include the contact details, message and project or quiz context you submit.

Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we will use an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards as required by data-protection law. You can request further information about relevant recipients and safeguards by email.

5. How long we keep data

We retain the primary record of a website enquiry for 12 months from submission, then delete it, unless a longer period is required for a legal obligation or an ongoing claim. Records retained in third-party communication services may be subject to the provider’s own retention controls.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data; object to processing; and request portability of data you provided to us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. Contact us first at info@ailitgroup.com so we can help.

7. Cookies and third-party content

See our Cookie Policy for information about cookies, language preferences and external resources such as Google Fonts and map services.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our processing changes or the law requires it. The effective date at the top shows when it was last updated.
