My name is Alexey Fatuev. I am an entrepreneur, investor, and developer with many years of experience in creating and developing businesses. Today, I am implementing real estate projects in Greece, including the selection of land plots, the construction of villas and residential complexes, and the attraction of investments from the CIS countries. Together with the AILIT Group team, I am involved in the entire process, from the initial idea and financial model to the construction, sale, or management of the completed properties. My goal is to bring together investors, land, and a professional team to create high-quality and profitable projects in Greece.

Giannis Charalambakis — Head of Construction at AILIT Group. He has extensive practical experience in the construction of residential and commercial properties. More than 70 construction projects in Greece and Cyprus have been completed under his supervision.

Financial Consultant at AILIT Group. He has many years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and supporting real estate investment projects. He specializes in developing financial models, evaluating profitability, analyzing risks, and planning cash flows. He participates in the preparation of AILIT Group’s development projects, helps create transparent investment structures, and monitors the economic efficiency of residential, hospitality, and commercial properties.

Katerina Stefanidi

Katerina Stefanidi — Marketing Specialist at AILIT Group. She is responsible for promoting the company and its projects, developing the brand, preparing marketing materials, and communicating with potential clients. She has experience contributing to major projects in the German market.
