Alexey Fatuev

My name is Alexey Fatuev. I am an entrepreneur, investor, and developer with many years of experience in creating and developing businesses. Today, I am implementing real estate projects in Greece, including the selection of land plots, the construction of villas and residential complexes, and the attraction of investments from the CIS countries. Together with the AILIT Group team, I am involved in the entire process, from the initial idea and financial model to the construction, sale, or management of the completed properties. My goal is to bring together investors, land, and a professional team to create high-quality and profitable projects in Greece.

Her work helps identify locations with high potential for the construction of villas, residences, hotels, shopping centers, and other real estate developments. Giannis Charalambakis

Giannis Charalambakis — Head of Construction at AILIT Group. He is responsible for organizing construction works, coordinating contractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, deadlines, and quality standards. He has extensive practical experience in the construction of residential and commercial properties. More than 70 construction projects in Greece and Cyprus have been completed under his supervision.

Alina Dzutsati — Project Architect at AILIT Group. She participates in developing architectural concepts for residential, hospitality, and investment properties. She is responsible for space-planning solutions, the exterior appearance of buildings, the functionality of interior spaces, and adapting projects to the specific characteristics of each land plot and the client’s requirements.

George Papanikolaou

Financial Consultant at AILIT Group. He has many years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and supporting real estate investment projects. He specializes in developing financial models, evaluating profitability, analyzing risks, and planning cash flows. He participates in the preparation of AILIT Group’s development projects, helps create transparent investment structures, and monitors the economic efficiency of residential, hospitality, and commercial properties.

Katerina Stefanidi

Katerina Stefanidi — Marketing Specialist at AILIT Group. She is responsible for promoting the company and its projects, developing the brand, preparing marketing materials, and communicating with potential clients. She has experience contributing to major projects in the German market. Stratos Antoniou

Permits and Licensing Specialist at AILIT Group. He is responsible for supporting the procedures required to obtain building permits, official approvals, and the necessary licences for real estate development projects. He coordinates cooperation with architects, engineers, and public authorities, supervises document preparation, and ensures that projects comply with Greek legislation and building regulations.

In 2016, Ailit Group began its journey with a simple vision: to make luxury villa investment in Crete accessible, transparent, and profitable for investors worldwide.

Our founders, experienced in both construction and real estate, recognized the untapped potential of Crete's luxury property market. They assembled a team of local architects, builders, and property managers who share a passion for quality and client success. In 2022, Ailit Group established Ailit Estate, a real estate agency specializing in property transactions across Crete, including land plots, hotels, houses, and apartments.

Today, Ailit Group is Crete's trusted partner for villa development and real estate services. The co-investment model places Ailit Group capital alongside yours, ensuring perfectly aligned interests.
