In 2016, Ailit Group began its journey with a simple vision: to make luxury villa investment in Crete accessible, transparent, and profitable for investors worldwide.
Our founders, experienced in both construction and real estate, recognized the untapped potential of Crete's luxury property market. They assembled a team of local architects, builders, and property managers who share a passion for quality and client success. In 2022, we established Ailit Estate, a real estate agency specializing in property transactions across Crete, including land plots, hotels, houses, and apartments.
Today, we've grown into Crete's trusted partner for villa development and real estate services. Our co-investment model means we put our own capital alongside yours, ensuring our interests are perfectly aligned. With over 8 years of local market experience, we've built strong relationships with suppliers, authorities, and rental management companies that benefit every project.
