   Construction and early marketing

   Construction is delivered in monitored stages while early sales and investor communication can begin once the project reaches the appropriate level of readiness.

   Finish, handover and remaining unit sales

   Final works, commissioning and handover are completed; any remaining units are marketed according to the approved sales strategy.

   Profit realisation or rental income

   The investor chooses the agreed exit route: realise profit through sales or retain selected units for managed long-term rental income.
