   Finish, handover and remaining unit sales

   Final works, commissioning and handover are completed; any remaining units are marketed according to the approved sales strategy.

   Profit realisation or rental income

   The investor chooses the agreed exit route: realise profit through sales or retain selected units for managed long-term rental income.
