We are seeking a motivated, multilingual Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team at our office in Glyfada, located on the Athenian Riviera. Our company specialises in property sales, real estate development, and investment opportunities across Greece, with a portfolio featuring more than 250 new apartments, luxury villas, and investment properties.

Main Responsibilities

• Property Sales: Selling new apartments, luxury villas, and investment properties.
• Client Communication: Communicating with Greek and international buyers.
• Viewings: Organising property viewings across Athens and Attica.
• Lead Management: Managing client enquiries and following up with potential buyers.
• Negotiation: Negotiating effectively with clients and developers.
• Transaction Support: Supporting property transactions from the initial enquiry through to completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Languages: Mandatory fluency in Greek, English, and Russian.
• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, along with good computer and CRM skills.
• Attributes: Confidence in working with international customers, as well as an organised, responsible, and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience: Previous experience in real estate or sales is considered an advantage.
